AirTiger Strike AGA
A downloadable game

An isometric helicopter action game for the Amiga 1200, in the spirit of Desert Strike.

You fly an AH-64 Apache with a tiger's head painted on its nose. Your home base is the helideck of a US destroyer in the Gulf. From there you fly deep into occupied territory to hunt SCUD launchers, rescue downed pilots, escort convoys and free prisoners of war.

- a 30 mm chain gun that locks onto the nearest target by itself
- Hydra rockets
- guided Hellfire missiles
You face T-72 tanks, Shilka flak, SAM sites, Stinger teams, attack boats and the Republican Guard. Keep an eye on fuel, armour and ammunition. Winch up supply crates in the field, or set down on the destroyer to refuel, rearm and repair.

1. Desert Storm: hunt down a SCUD launcher deep in the desert.
2. Kuwait International: destroy the command bunker and SCUDs at the occupied airport.
3. Viper Down: at night, follow a downed F-16 pilot's beacon and winch him out before the search parties catch him.
4. Burning Fields: stop Iraqi sappers before their countdown blows the oil wells. Every well that burns darkens the sky.
5. Silkworm: defend your destroyer against anti-ship missiles and fast attack boats.
6. Overwatch: at dusk, drop a special forces team into a wadi. Cover them while they lase a SCUD hide for an air strike, then fly them home.
7. Convoy: escort two M1 Abrams and three Humvees along the coast road. Clear the minefields ahead and break the ambushes.
8. Oil Platform: at dawn, land two marine teams on two oil platforms ringed by attack boats and cover their assault.
9. Prison Camp: at night, fly eighteen POWs out from behind the wire, six at a time. Beware of the searchlights.
10. Highway Bridge: in a sandstorm, drop the bridge under a fleeing column with two SCUDs. Then stop the sappers building a pontoon bridge.
11. Kuwait City, the finale: take the harbour and winch six hostages off the embassy roof. Destroy the Republican Guard headquarters, and let none of its staff escape.

Nice game! I included it in a video alongside other Amiga games released in September.
Thanks for sharing, hope it was fun
Desert Slop, more like
Own story, no copy
It's the exact same game, but worse, requiring an 030 and full of slop. This is just lazy.
oh my god, awesome !!! Congrats !!!
Thank you, your games are also great!
thank you so much, it's a pleasure !!!
Looks good! ohhh AI, I'll pass.
Thank you man ,please come back, later! Everything is on a flow.
This looks great! What are the requirements to run full speed with no slowdown? Maybe a demo where possible to play 1 min.. or something could be possible to try it out?
Be smart buy a turbocard
Is 030 ok or does it run better on 060?
030 is okay and run well!
Ok, cool will buy it and test :)
Your feedback is always welcome
Very nice game!
Ready Tiger One! Good shot!
Thanks for another interesting game. Do you think if you made the helicopter and it's shadow as AGA 64 wide hardware sprites that you might be able to get it to a consistent 25fps on a stock A1200 with just Fast RAM? Or maybe shrink the screen size a bit or reduce it to 128 colors in game? Curious on your thoughts, thanks.
